Lab Grown Diamonds

Made by science, rather than nature, lab-grown diamonds (also known as created diamonds, man-made diamonds, engineered diamonds & cultured diamonds) are grown in highly controlled laboratories using advanced technological processes to mimic the conditions under which diamonds naturally form. They have exactly the same chemical composition as natural diamonds and exhibit the same optical properties, and should not be confused with 'diamond simulants' such as moissanite or cubic zirconia. Efficiency in their production & more availability means that lab-grown diamonds are an affordable alternative to natural diamonds.
