Terms & Conditions

Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your basket. After you have finished your selection, either click on ' Go To Checkout' on the item page or select "Your Basket" in the top right hand corner. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. In the case of a returning customer, you will simply need to select the returning customer option.

If you wish to place your order by telephone, please contact us direct in store on 01254 822062 and we will be pleased to help you.

When an order is received, a 'Customer Receipt' email will be sent to you to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email to confirm payment has been received.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Payment:

We accept all credit card payments via our online payment provider, Sagepay. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Amex, Delta and Switch credit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to Sarah Layton we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery of goods.

Credit Card Security:

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
