Delivered next working day or on a day of your choice (dependent on postcode), delivered by DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Premium service with DPD includes notification of a 1 hour delivery slot and the option to manage your parcel in transit. Royal Mail Special Delivery will arrive the next working day before 1pm. Saturday delivery – £10.95
Failed deliveries which are returned to us because the carrier is unable to complete 2 delivery attempts & receives no communication from the recipient incur a £15 return to sender fee which will be charged to the purchaser.

We aim to dispatch all European and International orders the same day, providing the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm.

Shipping to countries within the EU can take 3-5 working days. Heavy items may be charged at a higher rate but we’ll contact you if this applies.
Rest of World - £19.99
Shipping to all other countries can take up to 7 working days. Heavy items may be charged at a higher rate but we’ll contact you if this applies.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you with the tracking details so you can follow its journey.
All our items are sent in their relevant branded packaging and are dispatched in plain shipping bags or boxes depending on the order size. This allows for a discrete service – especially if you’re buying for a present.
In the unlikely event your item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with a new delivery date. You’ll have the opportunity to cancel your order at this point if you’re not happy with the time quoted.
If we are unable to supply an item we will contact you with an option to supply an alternative item or refund your payment.
