We have a range of delivery options for our customers within the UK. Whichever service you choose, we always aim to dispatch your order the same day if your order is placed Monday-Thursday, providing the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm.
Premium Next and Named Day delivery - from £5.95
Delivered next working day or on a day of your choice (dependent on postcode), delivered by DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Premium service with DPD includes notification of a 1 hour delivery slot and the option to manage your parcel in transit. Royal Mail Special Delivery will arrive the next working day before 1pm. Signature required.
Next working day delivery - from £5.95
Next working day delivery by 10am - £19.95
Saturday delivery – £9.99
Sunday delivery - £10.95
Click and Collect – from £5.95
Delivery to a Click and Collect point of your choice (dependent on post code). Approximately 2-3 working days.
European & International Delivery
We aim to dispatch all European and International orders the same day, providing the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm.
European Union - £12.99
Shipping to countries within the EU can take 3-5 working days. Heavy items (as indicated) may be charged at a higher rate but we’ll contact you if this applies.
Rest of World - £19.99
Shipping to all other countries can take up to 7 working days. Heavy items (as indicated) may be charged at a higher rate but we’ll contact you if this applies.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you with the tracking details so you can follow its journey.
All our items are sent in their relevant branded packaging and are dispatched in plain shipping bags or boxes depending on the order size. This allows for a discrete service – especially if you’re buying for a present.
In the unlikely event your item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with a new delivery date. You’ll have the opportunity to cancel your order at this point if you’re not happy with the time quoted.
If we are unable to supply an item we will contact you with an option to supply an alternative item or refund your payment.
Please note: No orders are dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next working day. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any international shipping delays due to customs or domestic carrier issues, however we will endeavour to assist wherever we can.
